Important information for year-end SABO Accountholders It is that time of the semester in which the SABO “closes out” accounts for our accountholders. Final spring semester 2019 CASH ADVANCES must be received with proper approval on line by Thursday, April 18, 2019. Cash Advance requests after this date will not be honored. Please remember this date: On Thursday May 9, 2019 All Outstanding Cash Advance Reconciliations and donation receipts must be completed. Is the last day to submit on-line check requests for spring semester projects/events, with supporting documentation. Documentation for all unpaid check requests in the on line system, must also be presented to the SABO. Important Students and Advisors, please check your account statements and queues for outstanding/missing items. This includes but not limited to outstanding bills from student centers, caterers, coaches fees, outside vendors, PERR forms or other University Department invoices.
