Arts in health: research that brings the arts to bear on health and well-being
Project Summary
Arts in Health is a research field and a set of practices that bring the arts to bear on health and wellbeing. The intern will collaborate with faculty researchers on studies and programming in the field of Arts in Health. They will read and create literature reviews on topics in Arts in Health. They will also help make contact with Arts in Health practitioners and researchers at Rutgers who have an interest in both the arts and healthcare. This work is part of the Arts in Health Research Lab, launched in 2023 as a collaboration of Mason Gross School of the Arts, the Rutgers School of Public Health, and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center.
